Stadco have a full vehicle e-coat facility and dedicated low volume top coat capability to support low volume production, prototypes and models, with extensive experience of producing vehicles for motor shows.

Our skilled finishers can prepare vehicles or panels ready for e-coating, ensuring excellent quality control and suitable gapping. Our on-site e-coating plant offers the latest black e-coating system, providing the customer with the newest production methods with excellent environment credentials. Full seam sealing and underbody protection can be applied at this stage. Stadco's knowledgeable team can help a customer define the exact standards to meet their corrosion protection expectations.

Prior to high build primer being applied the Stadco prototype paint team can de-nib and rework the vehicle to remove any damage or offer lead free 'lead loading' to further refine the appearance of the vehicle. Once a guide coat is applied our experts can highlight the surfaces checking and improving the exterior and feature lines to develop the appearance ready for the top coat.

Top coat service includes solid, 2 pack, base coat and lacquers systems with a proven expertise with water based paints. Stadco is fully approved to deliver NATO green and defence standard finished including white. The dedicated booth facilities ensure the paint is bake hardened whilst our professional paint finishers can de-nib and polish a vehicle to show standard.
