Stadco has a complete prototyping service that covers everything from surface prove out models, fully machined clay models through the complete cycle to realizing show cars or a series of high quality production intent prototype body structures.

Stadco has in house capabilities in tool and fixtures design and manufacture, component manufacture in steel, aluminium, GRP and carbon fiber, sub-assembly and full BIW assembly that can then benefit from our on-site E-coat facility and top coat paint booth.

As well as BIW Stadco design and manufacture vacuum forming tools for trim parts and moulds for GRP parts.
