Early manufacturing simulation work ensures that the designs are feasible for manufacture and Stadco has over 10 years' experience with press tool simulation and correlation.

As well as press tool simulation, Stadco uses Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) to simulate and evaluate assembly processes for body structures.

Using component and fixture tolerances, Stadco can simulate a batch of builds to prove assembly strategy

Stadco has CAD capability in IDEAS and Catia V4 and V5.

Stadco has experience with VPM, SmarTeam and Team Centre PDM systems for use on site with the client or stand alone at the Stadco Engineering facilities.
