Stadco has experience of supplying structural assemblies from simple stampings with welded fixings, major structural Body-in-White modules such as A Pillar and B Pillar assemblies to the complete body structure.

For both low and high volume applications Stadco is able to plan, install, launch and operate the appropriate flexible assembly system to meet the customer’s targets for product cost and quality.

Stadco supply body closure assemblies in steel, aluminium and composite materials.

Stadco has developed and uses flexible robotic cells to ensure product quality and to minimise the lifetime production cost.
