1971The company forms the Shrewsbury Tool and Die Company, still part of Hall Engineering Manufactures, and installs 16 power presses and begins the first production runs of motor body panels for Ford Europe Limited. |
1979The Company is divisionalised and four businesses are set up - stampings, automation, cooling and security. |
1982The press toolmaking division is closed and continues with press relief work. |
