Original business sold to Chubb & Sons. The company continues to diversify and undertakes work for the Admiralty, now known as Hall Engineering Limited.

1960

A need is established for press tool and dies during the early 1960s and the company manufactures the first press tools for the European automobile industry. Leads to a rapid expansion of the company's toolmaking facilities.
