Stampings
With in excess of 80 presses within the group Stadco has the ability to stamp any cold formed sheet metal part on a vehicle, in either steel or aluminium, from the smallest bracket to the largest skin panel. We have more than 25 years experience in the manufacture of aluminium stampings, now processing 10,000 tonnes per annum, making us one of the largest Tier 1 users of automotive grade aluminium in Europe.
Assemblies
We have the capability to produce a wide range of products, in either steel or aluminium, from simple manual assemblies through to high level complex modules.
Product Design
Stadco Product engineering covers all aspects of product development, from styling to production design, niche through to high volume. Using an 'Engineer for Manufacturing' philosophy and with extensive use of simulation and virtual tools, Stadco offers cost effective fast track development.
